Are you worried that without some continued guidance, you will slip and fall into old stories? I work with women and men who feel concerned and confused about their mind and body health. When it comes to my program- Yes-Stress I take you there with dynamic and active yogic exercises to shift the energies of the mind. Energy movement, yoga, and breathing exercises. This program is more mental than physical.
Also, if you like meeting over video conference (the convenience of technology), the program is a mix of in-person and video conference sessions.
For old mind-body patterns to change 8-weeks Yes-Stress Program is recommended.
Yes-Stress program can be offered in person or through video conference calls.
