    Program includes:

    • Ten – 40-min private virtual sessions. The sessions are divided into mental and physical practices taking care of your path to VIBRANT HEALTH. We’ll breakthrough barriers. Tap into spiritual, physical, emotional and mental state of being. Move the body with yoga, exercise the mind with breathing, and experience freedom of expression with affirmations and sound.

    • Every week receive emails for home practice. You can email anytime or book a phone conversation. You have guided support whether you want to celebrate your progressions, review the practice, share insights, make corrections on what’s not working, ask questions that you may think are silly, better to ask and clarify.

    • BONUS: Yes-Stress E-book. Instructions for home and work practices. Take what you learnt with you. You won’t feel lost when we’re not live virtually. Maintain your practice at home and work. (Value $25)

    • Additional bonus: Review session. Review learnings and results so far, and acknowledge successes and achievements. Review the results that you haven’t yet achieved; i.e., where you are now and where you want to go.
