All videos can be watched over and over until you feel comfortable to do the breathing exercises on your own. Learn both dynamic and therapeutic breathing practices.
You will have access to only one breathing exercise at a time. For example the first breathing practice, Power Breath you practice for two-weeks. Once two-weeks is completed you will get the access to breathing exercise number two, and after two weeks, then breathing exercise number three and so on.
Week 1- Power Breath Practice: Practice Power Breath for a 2-week period.
Week 2- Power Breath Practice
Week 3- Alternate Nostril Breathing: Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing for a 2-week period.
Week 4- Alternate Nostril Breathing
Week 5- Be What You Want Breathing: Practice Be What You Want for Breathing for a 2-week period.
Week 6- Be What You Want Breathing
Week 7- Diaphragm Breathing: Practice Diaphragm Breathing for a 2-week period.
Week 8- Diaphragm Breathing
Week 9- Experiment with your breathing! (1-week)
Week 10- Practice. Practice. Practice. (1-week)
