I haven’t had a chance to eat lunch yet. So I made lassi. Refreshing healthy drink! Recipe: Poor into a blender. Or use a hand mixer and jug. I prefer hand mixer and jug. Mix half a cup of buttermilk into a jug or blender. Half a cup of water or milk. (use milk – for rich lassi) And couple of tsp of “Rooh Afza” (that’s the pink stuff). Rooh Afza can be bought an Indian grocery store. Or try Superstore too. In their authentic food isle. Voila! Healthy tasty lassi! Poor into your tall glass. An Indian shake!
