Breathe your way to better health with Pranayama

Pranayama is one of the practices of yoga. Prana means vital energy or life force. 
Yama- control of life force.

Ayama- expansion or extension of life force.
So controlling our life force, our breath. Yogic breathing is the key to overall health. 

Prana (life energy) increases life span. Blood is supercharged with extra oxygen and more prana too (life energy).

Richness of blood is the bases for the entire body’s health system.

In the session we will do valuable breathing exercises that you will also find
useful on your own time. You will learn both dynamic and calming breathing
exercises.
